How it all began!

We are an Open source company based in Nigeria and here's how the story goes. Sometime around 2004 i came across my first ever Linux distro through a friend & Guardian; guess which one it was! Yeah! the infamous Redhat 9 Linux, this was to be the last distribution of the redhat free operating system series which is now succeeded by Fedora & it's series of releases. At first i found it hard going on my own, but with adequate tutorials (especially Christopher Negus's Redhat Bible), things took a turn around for good. Configuring Apache, exchanging files with samba & more became a daily routing. Well that's how i fell i love with Linux & the open source world. Till date, redhat 9 remains my favourite Linux distro. Most People & even I.T proffessionals in this part of the world new very little about linux & found it to be too stressfull & time demanding so i was left to the community to make the best out of it. Thanks a lot to the guys at fedoraforum.org & all who made this journey a success.

Why Open Source

Idea sharing, stable applications, free or less expensive platforms plus bridging the political divide in Information Technology are some of the reasons why we've chosen open source as our basic system of operation. The end product is a stable, fast, reliable means of getting ones job donw with style. Besides, it's always fun to have a family of developers through a community to communicate with or a reliable partner who understands your needs. Expensive software vendors & platforms that's unreliable & unsafe is not our way of serving our clients.

L.A.M.P

Simply means Linux, Apache, MySQL & PHP. This to me is the best toolkit a web developer could as for when it comes to quality & secured web programming. This package is usually shiped with most Linux distros by default & has a reputation of a fast & stable production. That said, cost is reduced for personal or larger organisations seeking to find alternatives to a better means of having a web development or application development platform. This is the platform on which we run & i dare to say it's the best any administrator can as for in todays world of computing.

Well we provide tips and series of Hardware services. From repairs to maintainance, configuration, upgrade, cloning and lots more. You can count on us always. The Future

What tommorows holds for us begins with what we do today & how we go about it. Our plans are to stop at nothing in spreading the concept of open source, Help realise the dream of one laptop per child in Nigeria & Africa generally, then provide services such as a broadband internet service throughout the country, setup training camps through out the country & much more. Currently, plans are on the way to acquire a control panel of our own before the end of 2010. More affiliations & possibly sponsorship would see through most if not all of our aspriation.
